Please note: Orders are shipped only on Monday. Orders placed before the shipping deadline – 1:00 pm EST for orders to the United States and Canada, and 5:00 EST for orders to other countries – are shipped same business day. Any orders placed after these time frames will be processed the next business day, which adds one business day to the estimated arrival.
We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, and in some cases, we are able to ship before the shipping deadlines and get orders out faster. If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately so we can do our best to assist you.
All orders to the US and Canada are shipped out of our location in us. International orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Once your package ships, you will receive your confirmation email with tracking number within 2-3 business days. We cannot directly control the delivery times once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
If we do not offer to ship to your country we recommend having your order shipped to a nearby country and forwarding it on from there.
There are no customs for United States orders. For international orders, customs fees will be calculated and paid upfront at checkout.

Once you have placed an order, you can track your order here (option will be available soon ) by entering your order number and billing email address.
We care about the way things are made and we love what we have created at Moment. We think you’ll love it too.
However, we know things aren’t always meant to be. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. All returned items should be in their original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
OUTSIDE RETAIL RETURN POLICY
Any order placed through an outside retail vendor must follow their separate return policy. We are happy to answer any questions about the products but all returns should be handled through them as we don’t have any information on your order.
All our Smart products are covered against defects with a one year warranty (excluding mount plates). If you have any issues with your items, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will help to identify the problem and/or facilitate an exchange.
Please note: if you have bought from an outside retail vendor please provide proof of purchase to qualify for the one year warranty.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:
1. Place your items in the original packaging with all the additional components i.e. cloth carrying case and mount.
2. Include within the packaging either of the following: An order confirmation email from Smart Canva OR your name, email used to place the order and Gadgets For Cars order #. Please write a brief note letting us know if you would like a refund or need an exchange.
Please note: Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund within 2 business days. Fees may be deducted for any used, damaged, or missing products in your return.
